We are an organization who was founded by BIG ART.  He has spent his life leading youth and recreation programs in some of the largest Baptist churches and YMCAs in America.  Our desire is to share with you, and other youth workers, some of the more successful programs and activities.  We will assist you in planning, promoting and leading children and youth ministries and activities.  Whether you are a student in college, a first time youth worker, a new youth minister, a pastor who needs help with his youth program or a seasoned and experienced youth and recreation leader there is a vast amount of information available to you.  Meet Big Art

Information at your fingertips! You will get information on supervising a successful youth group and also be able to ask questions and receive answers from someone who has already had success in your area of ministry. You will also have the chance to learn from other seasoned ministers and leaders that serve as resource persons.

Ideas and Updates! Just think, dozens of men and women who have successfully run children, youth and adult programs and ministries, who are available to you as resource personnel with proven Ideas and suggestions. 

You will receive regular updates on program ideas and examples that have been and are presently being used successfully. 

We are not just a sales organization that is only interested in profits.  We only promote YOUTHREC approved programs.  Yes, you will have the opportunity to purchase products that will enhance your Youth's experience in your church.  We know that if used properly, these ideas and materials will benefit your church and youth group.  We want you to have them. 

In order to help churches reach more young people for the Lord Jesus Christ, the proceeds received from the sale of any materials are reinvested into YOUTHREC materials and the youthrec.com web site .  We will, also, assist you in raising the money to acquire these products and materials.  We even offer a scholarship for those who need this training and materials, but, are unable to afford the cost.   

Our goal is to help young Youth Leaders be as successful as possible in reaching children and youth for the Lord Jesus Christ.

Purchase YOUTHREC 101 Leadership Training Course and get started.  Through our training manual and worksheets, we will coach and lead you step by step in planning and developing a successful ministry.  You will receive regular emails with interactive leadership that directs you to ideas and resource material that will directly improve your current programs.
