Youth and Recreation Activity Resource Center

Activity and Resource Center

Lead Direct Supervise
Lead, Direct and Supervise and become the Leader you were meant to be.

Once you have done the following:

1.    Developed your list of goals you want to see accomplished

2.    Chosen programs that will help you reach those goals

3.    Set dates for each activity and developed a Youth Calendar

4.    Coordinated the schedule and calendar with Pastor and Staff

5.    Assigned committees and volunteers to plan and lead those activities

You are ready to lead, direct and supervise The Youth Ministry of Your Church.

Remember, your goal is to use as many other people as you can in caring out your duties.

Your job is to recruit, train and supervise. Not to do.

You are an ENABLER. You enable other people to do the job that they were recruited to do.

Do not micromanage. Select capable people and help them be successful at what you selected them to do.

Zig Ziglar, in his book,”SEE YOU AT THE TOP”, says, “You can get everything in life you want if you help enough other people get what they want”. That is a success principle that every person needs to learn. It is true in every walk of life and every ministry.

There are proven steps to be taken when planning each individual program or activity.

It is now "Time To Lead"
