Recreation for Children

Working with children is a very rewarding experience.  The joy of seeing children playing and enjoying themselves is one of the most rewarding experiences that one will ever have.  Playing with and teaching children is fun and rewarding but effective programming is a real challenge.  The goal of “Recreation for Children” is to provide you with ideas and programs that you can immediately put to use.    Specific activities will be highlighted and other resources will be suggested.  Articles on Parties, Banquets, special fun and play days, day camps, athletic and sports teams, crafts, trips, inner-city missions, puppet presentations, dramas, games and Bible studies will be featured.  There are many children’s ministry helps on the web and you will be pointed to some that we feel are helpful and offer quality teaching materials and ideas.
